As founder of M3 Advisors, a boutique consultancy, Ms. Marshall advises early to mid-stage start ups and association clients as they define, position, market and evangelize new products and services.
Ms. Marshall joined Wireless Registry as the Chief Commercial Officer in 2015 and is currently a senior advisor. In her role at Wireless Registry, she brought the organization’s assets to market, signing critical commercial deals and driving the company's visibility in the industry.
Ms. Marshall spent a decade in leadership roles at Verizon, where she led Precision Market Insights at Verizon Wireless, a business segment Ms. Marshall incubated and launched in 2012. This business line focused on providing brands with a variety of solutions, powered by layering audience insights based on mobile engagement, location and demographic info. Before launching Precision, Ms. Marshall led Verizon's mobile marketing and ad group, where she created the company’s first mobile ad targeting programs. Ms. Marshall's extensive experience also includes roles in media, client-side marketing, branding, and development. She’s served on several industry boards, and is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board at the RH Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.
